Bent Out Of Shape is No Intention's 3rd full length. It is an excellent blend of punk, hardcore and rock. The band has never been afraid to mix music styles to create a diverse sounding album. It is a very focused album bouncing between pop punk and hardcore. The rapid fire Monster In The Morning blends right into the intense Once Again. The album even features some great power pop in the album's first single Fraud. No Intention keeps the intensity level up and the songs are still fun. It's impossible not to have songs like Get Off My Lawn and Dual Personality stuck in your head. Bent Out Of Shape is loaded with clever hooks and catchy choruses. The sound is incredible as well. This album has a lot more lead guitar and layered guitars on it. It makes for a full sound, giving Bent Out Of Shape some real punch. I'm always impressed by the new things No Intention tries with their music. -Brett Hildigan
